GM, I'm Adam - a long standing contributor in the defi derivatives space for areas including Business Development, Treasury Management & Governance. Prev @Cega @TracerDAO.
Growth is my #1 value. I'm also a large advocate for keeping DAOs as simple and efficient as possible. DAO sustainability is also a key value of mine in ensuring that the treasury and incentives are only used toward the best growth campaigns.

Treasury
Treasury Management: Capital efficiency is key! We need to ensure that treasury assets that aren't used for OpEx are allocated toward great opportunities for ROI (e.g. passive yield opportunities, partnerships etc.).
Metagovernance
Metagovernance systems need to be kept as simple and effective as possible. Over-engineering these systems can lead to governance fatigue and a slow functioning DAO.
Grants
On grants, I believe that allocation should be only provided toward the greatest ROI for the platform's growth.
