α-cen offers to earnestly represent your values as a delegate if granted this option on your voting rights in the waning hours of this round. I've been an active community member for 12 months who's contributed to the project through jumpstarting the Lyra Learn platform on Grants Council, giving feedback on analysis publications, and providing practically fun facts about options in our home Discord. I have both conceptual and emotional interests in seeing Lyra succeed and stay true to the ideals it represents today.

Long-term, my mission through Lyra is to safeguard a decentralized, self-sufficient, traditional options market for all major tokens, which can be accessed by all account sizes, and freely delivers the most complete crowd-sourced options data and education on the internet while enabling vault strategies that provide DeFi's most reliable flywheel of market-agnostic yield.

If we stick to that mission within core values of sustainability and transparency this community naturally rallies behind, I see a 2025 where Lyra has become the center of options in crypto — where everyday people go to learn, discuss, brag, and lament about options while debating how to tweak and maintain crypto's most influential source of options liquidity. Lyra will have solidified its role as the first choice for on-chain options both among traders and builders in crypto due to it featuring the most efficient trading tools, the most transparent pricing, and the most composable platform in the industry. Lyra carries the flag of the dawn of on-chain options, leading the public conversation on their highest and best use.

If you trust my judgment with the privilege of securing a project which lives up to these ideals, you can expect my votes to be motivated by my BIG DEAL beliefs:

Build with Brilliance: Deliver open value through a culture of intelligence and creativity that attracts brilliant minds to voluntarily share information, discuss ideas, and develop the protocol.

Inspire Imitators: Create our own lane through media, events, and good governance to carve out mindshare for a gold standard that other protocols want to emulate and use as their motherboard.

Grow with Goals: Begin establishing consensus for clear, specific, long-term milestones that can be counted on to barely shift over multiple years, to provide an agreed-upon measuring stick for our own progress. There should always be a good answer to the question: "What's the roadmap?"

DeFi is Defense: Seek out and splinter central points of failure to keep the community and core machines forever protected from negligence, undue influence, and shocks to legacy finance.

Edge is in Education: Provide the complete set of options market information and practical guidance so a talented 5th grader could learn through Lyra how to manage their allowance on Lyra like an investment bank derivatives trader, democratizing benchmarks and industry knowhow for people to benefit from with or without formal training.

All Access for All: Ensure all historical options market data generated by Lyra is open to the general public with no special feeds for private groups, so in a game of information, we can at least count on Lyra's market for an even playing field. Lyra should further immortalize this market data with regular analysis offerings that fill gaps in the crypto story which only liquid options markets can shed light on.

Lead with Lyroos: The active members of our community are Lyra's household, the primary assets, and Lyra should involve and support them as such. All newcomers should see clear paths to get involved in every corner of the protocol, and those who leap with the Lyroos should feel a unique experience local to our community. Upgrades that provide exclusive perks and functions within Lyra's borders and artistic efforts that enrich Lyra's culture should be encouraged!

If you consider these core values wise, I'd love to be your champion at the table. There's still a lot more for me to learn about the issues Lyra should be concerned with, but for now you can have confidence that I'll do the research to make an informed decision every time!
